Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your purchase date via USPS or UPS, excluding weekends and holidays. We currently offer free shipping on orders over $75 in the U.S. For orders under $75 we charge a flat-rate fee of $5 to all orders in the U.S. We offer international shipping calculated by weight and location. Orders are shipped to the address provided. Rose+Pom is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS and UPS, stolen packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is processed and out for shipping, you will receive an email providing you with the correct information to track your package. US domestic orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment (may vary depending on customs office of arrival country).

Returns

If you need to return your Rose+Pom purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges for unworn merchandise 7-10 days after delivery date. Please email hello@roseandpom.com if you have any questions regarding a return or exchange and you will receive an email with instructions on how to package and ship your return. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
